DINA's Privacy Policy

Privacy Statement

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for the IEA Web Support Team (iWest) and the Development Information Network of Arkansas (DINA).

iWest wants to make your experience on our site as enjoyable and safe as possible. We value your privacy and wish to provide you with the best possible experience while allowing you all the freedom in controlling your privacy. Submission Forms

iWest does not record email addresses submitted by an online form. Any information submitted through on of these forms is sent to the organization to which it is intended and your email address is not recorded by any person or machine connected with iWest.

Server Logging

In the interest of security, we record all transactions that occur on our servers. We record the time and date of the requested, the page requested, and the source of the request (the IP number). When a potential problem surfaces, this information is vital to identifying the source of the problem and determining a procedure for eliminating the problem.

Legal Considerations

In the event any machine or website associated with DINA is used in a threatening or unlawful manner, iWest will cooperate fully with any investigating agencies including the surrender of log files and any other information that would help identify and solve the problem.

iWest is also concious of the duty we owe to parents to protect their children while online. iWest is an supporter of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and complies with COPPA in all manners.
